Client interest or quick earnings

Often “Full service” is not quite “complete”

In the Czech Republic, we often see that craftsmen and workers performing manual work focus primarily on completing the task quickly, getting paid and leaving without looking deeper into the needs of the customer or other craftsmen. This approach often neglects what the customer or other craftsman really needs, what the next steps will be, and what the next requirements are. Their main goal is often only profit, which leads to a lack of customer care and satisfaction.

Similar problems are often encountered in the installation of kitchens. Even if you can plan everything carefully and create the perfect design, mistakes can still happen if the workers doing the preparation work are not precise enough. Often, they follow the design but don't pay attention to accuracy, leading to situations where taps, waste pipes or sockets are not in the right place. This then causes me to spend a lot of time correcting these mistakes during the actual installation of the kitchen.

I had a customer today. It was not an IKEA kitchen installation. The customer asked for modifications to his recently assembled kitchen. He ordered this kitchen from the joinery company Beata from Pardubice. During the work I noticed several serious mistakes. For example, the electrical sockets were placed directly under the taps and waste pipes, which is against all safety regulations. Another major mistake was that the main water connection was placed directly behind the dishwasher, which is very dangerous. If there was a slow leak of water, drop by drop, it would destroy the floor and wall before the landlady noticed anything was wrong. The third problem was that the waste pipe hole was too high in the wall. When I tried to connect the siphon under the sink, I couldn't connect it at all - the water wouldn't drain properly. Another thing - the freezer door doesn't close tight enough and the cold air comes out nicely.

Unfortunately, this is something we encounter every day. We often see joinery companies install a kitchen and promise clients quality work, but in the end the customer gets something completely different. No one wants to pay for a kitchen that is not fully functional and then invest more money in repairs. Carpentry companies should be responsible for the complete implementation and make sure that the kitchen is finished and fully functional. Instead, they often do the job by halves and leave the customer to deal with problems such as an incorrectly wired sink on their own. Such companies fail to do their job of providing quality customer service.

We are not a joinery company and we do not manufacture our own kitchens. We specialize in assembling and installing IKEA kitchens, and occasionally assemble kitchens from other brands such as DanKüchen and XXXLutz. We also offer kitchen repairs and upgrades. In our work we put emphasis on the customer and their needs. Customer service is key for us. We believe in quality in everything we do - from the first contact with a potential client to attaching the last handle to the cabinet. Even when we're planning your IKEA kitchen, we'll do our best to make it perfect.

The reason for our precision is that we will be in charge of IKEA kitchen installations. Therefore, we try to avoid any complications during installation. The best scenario for us is to take over the project from the start - not only to create several designs for your IKEA kitchen, but also to do all the preparatory work such as installing taps, electrical sockets and switches exactly where they are needed.

As I mentioned, we are not a carpentry company that comes in, does its carpentry work and leaves. We are IKEA kitchen installation professionals who focus on the complete project, from initial planning to final installation, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

We understand exactly what „customer service“ means.

When you contact us, unlike many Czech companies, we will answer you in a few minutes, not next week.. We'll come out to survey your space within one to two days, and soon after, you'll have your IKEA kitchen design ready to order. Once the kitchen arrives, we're ready for a quick and professional installation. This is unsurpassed customer service in the Czech Republic, as evidenced by the great reviews from our customers.
